The Best of Friends
It seems that most of us have someone to take care of us- if we’re lucky- and I am lucky to have two of the best friends ever. It’s been a tumultuous couple of years and if it were not for them, I have no idea how I could have stayed afloat. They love me for who I am and make my life easier when it seems that I’m at the end of my rope….
Melissa took me to Key West for a little get away and I am so grateful for the break and awed by her generosity. She spoiled me rotten! We did it all. Jet skiing, para-sailing, amazing dinners…we laughed and laughed and laughed, we made new friends and had a wonderful time. It was so nice to spend 2 weeks together when usually, we communicate through interrupted phone calls and occasional texts. She’s always been there for me- and I am so lucky to have her in my life!
Jason has been my rock, my hero. Coming to my aid -Rescued me from the side of the road, bad decisions and going crazy-offering a shoulder to cry on and a piece of his heart. He held down the fort (and my heart) while I was away and took care of my life and my cat. Again- I am so lucky…
